Terms of Service
These terms cover proxy access plans bought from AEMOUS IT SOLUTIONS LLC through this site. Paying an invoice means you accept them.
The Service
AEMOUS IT SOLUTIONS LLC (“Aemous,” “we,” “us”) sells proxy access plans for use inside the Aemous dashboard: residential, ISP, mobile and Aemous Proxies+ plans, each described on its own page of this site.
A plan is provisioned into an existing Aemous dashboard account and used from the browser profiles in that account. The plan gives access to a network for the amount or period bought; it does not include any other product or service, and nothing on this site is a promise of any result on any website.
Ordering and billing
- Every plan is quoted by email. A quote is an offer; no order exists until you accept it and an invoice is issued.
- Payment is by invoice, through the PayPal invoice link or the bank details the invoice states. A plan is activated after the payment clears.
- ISP plans run for a month at a time and are renewed by a new invoice; a renewal that is not paid ends the plan at the end of the paid period. Data plans end when the data is used up.
- Nothing is charged automatically and no payment method is stored by us.
- Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Your account
Plans are attached to your Aemous dashboard account. You are responsible for that account, for the people you give access to it, and for everything done through the plans on it. Keep its credentials to yourself.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the plans only as follows:
- Lawful use only. Nothing that breaks the law where you are or where the traffic goes.
- Respect other services. Do not use the plans to violate the terms of any third-party service.
- No abuse. No attacks, intrusion attempts, unsolicited messaging, fraud, or traffic meant to harm a network, a service or a person.
- No resale. Plans are for your own account; do not resell, sublicense or share access with people outside it.
Suspension
We may suspend or end a plan, without refund, if it is used against section 4, if a network provider reports misuse, or if an invoice is disputed after the plan was delivered. Where practical we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
Liability
The plans are provided as they are. Networks are run by third-party providers and can change, slow down or be unavailable; we do not guarantee that any IP, location or amount of data will be available at any moment, or that any website will treat a connection in any particular way.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or any indirect loss.
Changes and governing entity
The Service is operated by AEMOUS IT SOLUTIONS LLC. We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and an order placed after a change is under the new terms.
