Privacy Policy
How AEMOUS IT SOLUTIONS LLC (“Aemous,” “we,” “us”) handles the information you give us when you ask for a quote and buy a proxy plan.
What we collect
- Quote requests — the name, email address, WhatsApp number (if you give one), subject, chosen network and message you send through the contact form.
- Order and invoice emails — the quotes, invoices, payment confirmations and activation notices exchanged for an order, and the invoice records behind them.
- The dashboard account a plan is attached to — which Aemous account holds the plan, the plan's size, period and usage, and the ISP token bound to the account.
Aemous does not log the content of your browsing. What passes through a proxy connection is not recorded by us.
How we use it
- To answer quote requests and send invoices.
- To provision plans into the right dashboard account and show their usage.
- To send the emails an order needs: the quote, the invoice, the activation notice, renewal invoices.
- To answer support requests and handle refunds.
- To keep the accounting records the law requires.
Who processes it
Only the providers needed to run the service, each with only what it needs:
- RichProxies — runs the residential, ISP and mobile networks. It receives the connection metadata needed to route a profile's traffic.
- IPRoyal — runs the Aemous Proxies+ network, on the same basis.
- Mailgun — delivers our email, including quotes, invoices and activation notices.
- Digital Ocean — hosts this site.
- PayPal or your bank — handles the payment of an invoice under its own privacy policy. We see that an invoice was paid, not your card or account details.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests — as long as the conversation is open, then with the order records if an order follows.
- Order and invoice records — for as long as the law on accounting records requires.
- Plan data on your account — while the account exists.
Security
Data travels over TLS. Access to order data is limited to Aemous staff who need it. If a breach affects your personal information we will tell you promptly.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Invoice records that the law requires us to keep are kept for that period even after a deletion request.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The quote form sends your request to our server and stores nothing in your browser.
